1. Agreement
By using the Readeroo website or app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. The service
Readeroo is a phonics-based reading application for children aged 3–7. The marketing website explains the product; lessons run inside the app.
3. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. Waitlist families get the launch price when Readeroo becomes available. We'll email you about launch at the address you gave us, and you can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@readeroo.kids.
4. Purchases
When the app launches, purchases will be subject to the price and platform terms shown at checkout (e.g. App Store or Google Play). Readeroo is intended as a one-off purchase unless we clearly state otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorised access, or use Readeroo in any way that harms children or other users.
6. Intellectual property
Readeroo content, characters, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the app for personal or classroom use as permitted by your purchase.
7. Disclaimer
Readeroo supports learning to read but does not replace professional assessment or instruction where a child needs additional support.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or app.
